Case study

We worked with a sales team on improving their pitches. As some of their content is quite technical, the challenge was to have them speaking in a language every potential client could understand without dumbing down what they do. So we encouraged them to be more succinct and to use more everyday language, really focussing on the medical benefits their products provide. The day proved to be a real eye-opener for the team and the subsequent feedback they have received from their clients has been extremely positive.
