Case study

We worked with a team from the sales department on improving their presentation and delivery skills. Despite being the market leader in terms of innovation and quality, they were not winning enough of their pitches. The technical ability was there, but not their ability to talk about that ability!

We spent a day working on their impact both individually and as a team. We also looked at making their content much clearer and more “energy-friendly”. We removed their over-dependency on slides and had them telling stories and using examples and analogies rather than just dry facts.

The results were incredible and the team is flying!
