About the course

When we earn the trust of our clients, we earn the right to impart our advice, expertise and knowledge. It’s true – people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. So we need to demonstrate that our orientation is not purely self, that we do genuinely have the interests of clients and potential clients at heart. This workshop gets you there – to that treasured ‘trusted advisor’ status. You will learn how to be truly ‘in the moment’, to think on your feet and to listen way beyond the mere words being spoken. You will learn how to show that you do indeed care.
