We’re living in uncertain times. Events both worldwide and at home are affecting organisations – which means that individuals (you and me!) are being required to cope with ambiguity. Exposure to ambiguity can lead to people feeling insecure – and insecurity can in turn lead to stress. Your company may not be able to provide all the answers people are looking for, but it can provide support in the form of coping strategies for those feeling under pressure. Simply feeling ‘cared for’ may be just what people need, and that’s where we can help.
