Case study

Our client was faced with a number of difficult meetings in which he was expected to implement multiple changes and reforms. He had already led a few of these meetings and they had not gone well so he was feeling more and more uncomfortable as each one came about.

We spent two half-day sessions together during which we worked on listening skills, questioning, building rapport and empathy, energy, awareness of body language (both his and his colleagues’) and issues that would arise from the meetings like dealing with conflict. He has since fed back that the sessions have made a huge difference and he is so much more comfortable and confident in these situations.
