Successful international communication with colleagues and customers depends on building trust. This programme is based on building that trust.
In a highly interactive, energised and practical workshop, participants will explore cultural awareness both individually and collectively. They will examine “accepted wisdoms” and stereotypes by comparing values and attitudes across their “usual” and “target” cultures.
Activities are designed to simulate real experience, so the focus is about doing and feeling as much as it is about listening and learning.
Key topics covered include cross-cultural negotiation, gathering information about cultural styles and being able to adapt behaviour to ensure better working relationships.
