About the course
We all have an outlook on life – a preference to how we approach things – which causes us to act or behave in certain ways. By exploring our preferences, we gain an understanding of the effect (both positive and negative) we have on others and an appreciation of how we need to modify our behaviours to achieve effective results.
This workshop will provide participants with techniques to be able to deliver clear, concise, honest and persuasive dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders.
